Our trees are fresh-cut natural products. Heights are approximate (6–7 ft standard; 8–9 ft with the “Bigger tree” add-on) and every tree is a little different. We pick good ones.
We deliver with our own vehicle on the day and window you choose (weekdays 6 – 10 AM, weekends 3 – 9 PM) between 11/27 and 12/14. Someone 18+ must be home to let us in and tell us where the tree goes. Delivery is free within about 40 miles of Orem (Salt Lake City to Payson); 40–55 miles is +$25 and 55–70 miles is +$45, shown before you pay. If the address you enter at checkout doesn't match the ZIP you checked, we'll contact you about any difference.
You can move your delivery to another open day with at least 24 hours' notice — just text or call. Trees are cut to order, so orders can't be refunded once your tree is cut. If we can't deliver because of severe weather or road closures, we'll reschedule with you first; if no date works, we refund in full.
We pick your tree up after Christmas (late December) and recycle it into mulch for local parks through the city program. We'll text you to agree on a pickup day in late December. Please have the tree undecorated.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your receipt comes from Stripe; your order confirmation comes from us at elves@priceaccionpro.com.
